- You are not required to recruit members, but if you do then know that you are responsible for that recruit until they hit the rank of Member. Keep tabs on them, check up on them, encourage them to be social with the rest of us.
-Failure to properly induct recruits (AKA ignore them, or not check if they fit the requirements to join) can lead to demotion, this has been an issue before, and it a major breach of the trust we have place in you.
- You are not required to drop what you are doing to help others (it is a game after all, you need to have fun too), but helping out in party chat, or on Kik, is greatly appreciated if you have the knowledge.
- You ARE expected to run T3's and Dragonflights when you are able to (don't drop out of a dungeon for it, but we will notice if you are NEVER around for any), and to be respectful and courteous to the guild hosting, as you are an extension of us, and we are under-represented at these events currently.
- Be social within the guild and Alliance. This is part of why you made it this far, please don't stop now.
