OUR CODE OF CONDUCT
DISCRIMINATION.
There will be no discrimination of any kind. I don't care what color your skin is what, language you speak, your sexual orientation, the amount of money you make or your gear score, we all have the same type of blood in our veins. If I hear of any discrimination at all you will be immediately removed from the guild period. I would expect any guild member to let me know immediately of any form of this going on. If you are in a conversation where it is taking place and do nothing to stop it I will also remove you from the guild. I do not take this lightly. This is not optional.
APPROPRIATE MALE AND FEMALE BEHAVIOR.
With the number of women in our guild growing it is required that all members of the opposite sex be treated with respect. I will not tolerate anyone using passive aggressive techniques, bullying, or otherwise harassing someone. Keep in mind joking and goofing around is completely allowed however again if someone says stop then that means STOP. Also this is not a dating website. We are all family, we are not here looking for a hook up. (I am not forbidding you to develop a relationship with other members however it must be with the consent of both people.) This is not optional.
ASSUME A "R" RATING.
During conversations be advised that any and all topics could appear. One of the reasons we require headsets, and an age of 21+ in this Guild is to protect sensitive ears who are not meant to hear things by accident. However this does not give Guild members a license to be as raunchy or as offensive as possible. If someone asks you to tone it down or to stop a particular topic, STOP. This is not optional.
DON'T FEED THE DRAMA LAMA!
If there is an issue with another guild member, an issue with the way we do things (promotions, guide bank, dungeon runs etc etc) take your complaint to an officer and see if it can be addressed. If it can't be resolved then go to an Arbiter and lastly bring it to me if I haven't been involved already. Freedom of speech is something I hold near and dear to my heart however that does not allow for you to use that freedom to hurt others. This is not optional.
Addendum number 1
Theft or fraud of any sort is grounds for immediate dismissal with no warning. I don't care who it's from or what it involves. In this family we have to trust each other unconditionally. This is not optional. (7/27/17) however if you are involved with our KIK Chat and see a picture that is truly awesome that you want to reuse this is not only allowed but encouraged
